Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
You must provide proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Abrosgye is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
